NATUR PARK PAPUK 

Natur Park PAPUK Natur Park Papuk is situated in mountainous Papuk and nature park was declared 23rd April 1999. Papuk is because of the geological heritage became part of the European and international associations Geoparks and the first Geopark in Croatia - Papuk Geopark. The main feature of the eastern part of the Croatian - Slavonia - the lowland plains with large cultivated areas. From the plain was once the bottom of the Pannonian Sea mountains rise to almost a thousand meters above sea level. One of these mountains is Papuk - the most beautiful mountains in Slavonia. Park Nature Park was the perfect place for active recreation. This primarily refers to trekking, nature walk that are active in all seasons, biking, paragliding, free climbing, winter sports.
